Is my payment information secure?

All payments are protected and made through PayPal services. Personal and payment information are protected through industry standard SSL technology.

View-Speed Guarantee

View-Speed Inc. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on anything you buy from our website.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction within 25 days of the purchase date, return it for a replacement, or a refund.

Anything you buy from one of our authorized retailers is guaranteed through the retailer. All exchanges and refunds must be done through the retailer where purchased.   The retailer may have a different guarantee policy than the View-Speed website guarantee policy.

Product Warranty

All View-Speed Inc. products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from purchase. If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. If damage occurs due to accident, improper care or negligence, where we are not at fault, we will repair the product for a reasonable charge.

Silk screening, or heat transferring on, any garment made of highly technical synthetic fibers will ruin, or shorten the life of the garment. Our warranty becomes null and void on ANY garment that is silk screened, heat transferred, embroidered, or otherwise altered before or after purchase.

Exposing a product to any source of heat, either air, gas, or any liquid at high temperatures is not covered by our warranty.

Due to the possibility of imitation and counterfeit products on the worldwide market, we do not warranty any products that you buy from any unauthorized dealer.

Returns

If you need to return, repair or exchange something, please email info@view-speed.com

Please include your name, order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service staff will then issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which is necessary for your return to be accepted. We will make our best effort to respond to your request within 24 business hours, unless it is a holiday.

California Law requires that products accepted for return or repair be clean. Cleaning charges will be assessed when a dirty product is repaired. A proof of purchase receipt is now required for warranty work. This receipt must include the date of purchase, the store name, and the description of the product. We do not accept hand written receipts. If you bought the product from us, we need your Order Number and do not need proof of purchase.
